At Akiva Reich & Co, we believe in a unified whole. Design and build are one inseparable force. Through our approach to Architect Led Design Build, better buildings are born from the expertise of architects and constructors coming together to achieve something greater than the sum of their individual roles.

We are better together. Our business model has combined the roles of the investment manager with the real estate developer into one vertically integrated company. Instead of a divided approach, our company and our partners now have advantages from this union of the roles.

Akiva reich and Co developed and operates Gowanus Hospitality Group. GHG is comprised of several dynamic and contrasting venues as well as design, performance, catering, gallery, and social divisions that animate the company on a daily basis. Architect Led Design Build

Architect Led Design Build combines the individual roles of design, construction, and development. Traditionally, the architect is hired to draw the blueprints, a contractor and his subcontractors build it, and a developer oversees it all. We’ve maximized benefits, quality, and cost for our investors and stakeholders by merging these roles through Architect Led Design Build.

The entire building project is now the focus of the same team, so all priorities are clear and never lost in juggling communication

Typically, the developer has already made all their decisions about a building project before they even hire an architect. By working together from the beginning, the architect can help navigate potential unknowns to maximize efficiency.
